Lash extensions Membership Terms & Conditions

Membership service includes 2 fill appointments a month of a chosen type. Benefits include 15% off Full set, 10% off Products, and 10% Off Add-on Services.
You may book a fill appointment different from your membership type and pay the difference if the service you chose has a higher value.​

There are no signup or cancellation fees.

Your first month's membership payment has to be paid on the day of signing up. Member will be responsible for a monthly payment of fees to UniLash company until Membership is canceled.

You will be automatically charged monthly payments on the Monthly Due Date according to your type of membership with the preferred payment method.
Failure to pay a Membership fee for up to 3 days will result in a $20 late fee. Failure to pay a Membership fee for over 3 days will result in Membership cancellation without the ability to redeem unused fills.

Membership is non-refundable. This Membership Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party. You can cancel your membership at any time by sending an email to unilashus@gmail.com. 

Cancellation of your membership will terminate any benefits that come with the membership. Membership is non-refundable. Unused fills are not refundable when you cancel your Membership. 
You can freeze your membership for up to two weeks a year.

UniLash company has the right to modify the terms and conditions of a Membership including the fees and prices. In case of changing any of the terms or conditions to a Membership Agreement, UniLash company will notify members by email they provided upon registration. 

Any changes or cancellations to any appointments must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time and date. Any changes, cancellations, or no-shows made within 24 hours will result in a rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show fee.

Any no-show or cancellation made within 24 hours of the service will result in a $50 fee.

Any cancellation, rescheduling fees (if an appointment was modified by a client less than 24 hrs before the scheduled time), no-show fees, or late arrival fees have to be paid separately from Membership monthly fees. Failure to pay these fees will result in Membership cancelation. Member will still b reliable for any pending fees that can be taken from a Membership credit. 

Late Policy:

Clients that are over 15 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling or canceling with a cancellation fee. If Member is unable to arrive on time and Stylist agrees to perform a procedure, the time for the services won't be extended nor the price will be lower. Less time for a procedure may affect the outcome of the service. In this case, Company does not take responsibility for the results.
